What's the dosage?

Tinctures can be taken under the tongue for rapid absorption into the blood. It can also be taken in water or juice. Simply follow the usage instructions on each bottle. The herbal extracts are easy to take on the go. Always read each label for dosage guidance.

Are these safe to take with other supplements or medications?

Herbs are natural, but they can interact with certain medications. We recommend speaking with a healthcare professional if you are taking other supplements, prescription medications, or have any health conditions.

How does this differ from normal herbs?

Unlike standard dried herbs or teas, the Herb-Go Set uses concentrated herbal extracts (tinctures) that are fast-absorbing and convenient to take on the go. You get the benefits of the herbs more quickly and in a smaller, portable format without having to brew a tea or take multiple capsules.

How soon will I feel the effects?

Everyone’s body responds differently and it depends on the issue you are facing at that moment in time.
Some people notice effects within 5-10 minutes for example immediate pain relief with the Relief Drops. Whilst for others, it may take a few days of consistent use - for example revitalising the immune system back up with the Immune Pump.

Can children take this?

This product contains alcohol-based herbal extracts and is not recommended children under the age of 12 years old. It’s best to start with a smaller dose - roughly half the adult amount, and adjust as needed. We are working on a child - friendly set for those under the age of 12.

What's an alcohol based tincture?

An alcohol-based tincture is a concentrated herbal extract made by soaking herbs in a small amount of alcohol to draw out their active compounds. Think of it like a supercharged version of a tea - you only need a few drops to get the benefits. The tiny amount of alcohol acts as a natural preservative and is completely safe for adults, roughly equivalent to the alcohol in a few ripe bananas. It makes the herbs fast-absorbing, convenient, and perfect for on-the-go wellness.

Most religious traditions make an allowance for alcohol in medicinal contexts. You can also add hot water and allow it to cool to allow the alcohol to evaporate, if required.

Why alcohol tinctures are gold standard vs glycerin

Alcohol pulls a wider spectrum of plant chemistry than glycerine including; alkaloids, terpenes and volatile oils - giving a more complete extraction and stronger delivery.

It also absorbs quickly because the body doesn’t need to break anything down (ie. capsules) first.
