Shipping Method
All standard U.K. orders are shipped using Fedex or UPS (where applicable) and takes 2–3 business days).
International shipments take 3-11 business days, also shipped via Fedex or UPS.
Once your order has been accepted by USPS and scanned into their system, they assume full responsibility for the delivery timeline. Divine By Nature is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your package is on its way.
Order Processing
Orders can be placed through our website at any time. Once received, each order goes through our careful fulfillment process which includes preparation, packaging, and shipment. Processing for each individual typically takes 5-7 working days.
Due to high demand and ongoing restocks, please allow 5-28 business days at most for your order to be processed and delivered. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure every product is prepared and sent with care.
Please note that expedited shipping will only speed up the delivery time after your order has been processed — it does not shorten the processing period.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears lost or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact Divine By Nature Customer Support at divinebynaturehealth@gmail.com. Our team will initiate an investigation with UPS or Fedex to help locate your package.
Investigations typically take 5-7 business days, though this may vary depending on their response times. Once the investigation is complete, we’ll reach out to you directly with the next steps or resolution options.
Please note that Divine By Nature is not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. To help protect your order, we recommend double-checking your shipping details before checkout and tracking your package once it ships.
