Refund policy
At Divine By Nature, all of our products are handcrafted, raw, and consumable in nature. To maintain the purity, safety, and integrity of our formulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once products have left our facility. Please review the full policy below before placing your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for covering the re-shipment fee should you wish to have your order resent.
Please note that during this time, expiration dates on herbal and natural products will continue to apply. Divine By Nature is not liable for any items that expire while awaiting reshipment.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods (such as food, herbs, and consumables)

Intimate or sanitary items

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Gift cards

Downloadable digital products (eBooks, programs, or courses)

Personal care items
To process any potential return (if applicable), a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only applicable under exceptional circumstances — such as if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at divinebynaturehealth@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund officially posts).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at divinebynaturehealth@gmail.com before returning it.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such at purchase, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
If you are approved to return an item, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over £75, as Divine By Nature cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
